More than 13,000 people attended the fall event held in October and November

Live performances by Mastodonte from Bilbao, Bulego from Azkoitia, Barcelonans Dorian and the jienenses Uniforms put the icing on the second weekend

What on the first weekend of Bilbao BBK Live Udazkena seemed almost a dream, today it is a reality. Dancing without worries is back to stay, and there couldn’t be a better masters of ceremonies than Rigoberta Bandini and Teenage Fanclub to close this special edition of the concert series. More than 7,000 people have visited this weekend the Bilbao Arena during the two days, exceeding the figures of attendance of the previous weekend despite being one day less. Six national and international bands have fill up the city of Bilbao with emerging and consolidated sounds.

Rigoberta Bandini put the finishing touch to Friday’s day and made everyone dance with her arsenal of hits such as Perra, In Spain We Call It Soledad or her recently released single Julio Iglesias. On the same day, the overflowing energy of the actor Asier Etxeandia and Enrico Bárbaro in their joint project, Mastodonte, amazed the audience and the catchy tunes from Uniforms were the perfect opening to the day.

For their part, the Scots Teenage Fanclub have been the protagonists of Saturday, reinventing their career’s classics and presenting their latest feature, Endless Arcade. Dorian with their Iberian indie could not be less and with an important fandom among the public they have performed hits such as A cualquier otra parte or La Tormenta de Arena. Finally, the Azkoitiarras Bulego have presented their latest single Bagoaz and performed the songs from his last EP with the same name.

Two weekends and fifteen bands have passed through the Bilbao BBK Live Udazkena stage to make everyone dance – standing – and celebrate the direct music. The next appointment with Bilbao BBK Live will take place on July 7, 8 and 9, 2022 in Kobetamendi with headliners such as LCD Soundsystem, J Balvin, The Killers and many more.

The Bilbao BBK Live Udazkena organization is especially grateful for the support to Bilbao City Council which, together with the sponsors and collaborating institutions, make this event possible.
